The foundations of sacred sexuality
I am here to support you on your unique journey into embodiment.
You might be asking yourself:
How can I cultivate a deep sense of comfort and love for my body?
How can I create more intimacy in all areas of my life?
How can I rekindle sexuality within my relationships?
How can I open up to feeling more sensation in my body, and different pathways to potential pleasure?
What is sex anyway?
This is For You
All emotions are welcome: whether it's embracing joy and playfulness, addressing fears and inhibitions, navigating numbness, or untangling confusion, know that each experience is honored within a trauma-informed framework.
I welcome all genders, I welcome all bodies.
I am based in Tiohtià:ke/Montréal, on the unceded Indigenous lands of the Kanien’kehá:ka/Mohawk Nation.
This work is supportive of all your relationships. I work with individuals, couples, as well as with folx in open, and polyamorous relational ways of being. My spaces of facilitation are places to allow the possibilities of radical self acceptance and love.
Testimonials
“I wrote Racheal in a time of desperation when issues arose in relation to childhood sexual trauma. From the very first moment, my impression was that I knew she knew. There was a sense of safety, empathy and understanding that put me at ease and able to share my story. Finding yourself in Racheal’s hands is finding yourself in very knowledgeable and caring hands, that see and listen beautifully. It is finding yourself in an environment that is uninhibited and free about the human body, sexuality, and trauma. It is a space to ask for needs with the absolute confidence that boundaries and limits will be upheld. I came in with a physically and morally crippling pelvic pain and left knowing that I had found a new ally. From the bottom of my heart, Racheal, thank you.”

“I want to thank Racheal for welcoming me in a tailor-made Reclaiming Eros private retreat! Thank you dear Racheal for your heart, loving hands, and amazing set of skills including (but not limited to!) such a deep reverence for humans, a great listening and atunement capacity, a calm presence, a sense of wonder for the body, a curiosity for pleasure, and lots of playfulness and humor! Thanks for accepting the challenge of a deep dive, and being adventurous enough to say Yes to my request of 5 sessions over 3 days! It was amazing, nurturing, healing, empowering. As you said: "it is a sacred, brave and important work that we do."

About Me
As a dedicated Somatic Sex Educator, I intertwine professional expertise with a deeply personal journey toward my own erotic embodiment. Holding certifications as a Sexological Bodyworker and in Somatic Sex Education from the Institute for Studies in Somatic Sex Education, I also bring the healing arts into my practice with a Diploma in Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies from the Australian Shiatsu College. My passion for fostering open conversations about sexuality comes to life in my podcast, "Awakening the Body," where I explore themes of sexuality, psychedelics, trauma, shame, acceptance, and loving self-kindness with guests that work in areas of embodiment, sexuality, and psychedelics.
I am a member of the board of the Somatic Sex Educator’s Association.
Your own journey towards embodiment and pleasure is completely unique to you. As your guide and advocate, I am here to provide support and guidance tailored to your individual needs.

Booking A Session
To book a session, please follow these simple steps:
Fill out the intake form: This form provides essential information and helps me understand your needs. Your responses will remain confidential.
Book a 20-minute discovery call: This call is designed to ensure that we are both aligned and mutually interested in working together. It allows an opportunity to address any initial questions or concerns. The price of this is $40.
Once we have confirmed our shared commitment, we will schedule a session that fits your availability.
This work functions as a transformative container for learning, healing, and opening up. The invitation is to bring this work fully into your life, fostering intimacy and trust with yourself and others. It is designed to create a safe space where healing can take place, shame can be separated from sexuality, and a path towards further embodiment can unfold. This is a process that takes time and your full engagement.
What is Somatic Sex Education?
Listen to my first podcast episode of Awakening The Body: What is Somatic Sex Education?
Somatic Sex Education is an approach to sexual education and healing that focuses on the integration of the mind, body, and emotions. It emphasizes the importance of understanding and experiencing sexuality not just as a cognitive or intellectual concept, but as a lived, embodied experience. Somatic Sex Education (SSE) recognizes that our bodies hold valuable information and wisdom about our erotic selves.
This work can support you to make informed choices and embrace pleasure in ways that align with your unique desires and values. It can be beneficial for folxs seeking to heal from sexual trauma, increase sexual confidence, enhance pleasure, address sexual concerns, or simply deepen understanding and experience of your own sexuality.
Here is an overview of what to expect:
Setting Intentions: We will begin by discussing your intentions and desires for the session. This includes establishing boundaries and addressing any hesitations or concerns you may have.
Professional Ethics: As a practitioner, I adhere to the ethical guidelines set forth by the Somatic Sex Educators Association.
This is a great checklist for working with a Somatic Sex Educator on the website of the Somatic Sex Educators Association.
It’s important to think about what your support system is, as well as growing into the possibility of developing one, whilst doing this work.
This is slow work. For in person sessions it can take a session or two before we work with one way touch - if we do. The first work we do is with your relationship to your body, including finding the safe spaces for you, and the strengths and wisdom that you already have
